Users are classified into three categories:
- Administrators. User Manager will enable all functionalities and access nationwide.
- Local Administrators. User Local Administrator may have enabled certain features and regional access. You will see the heritage at the national level but only modify the corresponding geographical scope heritage.
- Basic. The Basic User can be configured in terms of functionality and have national access.
